Few of us understood the complexities of our food supply chain – until the recent “supply chain issues” plagued us. Now, we all see the importance of having food available to us when we need it, and of the highest quality possible. And that’s exactly what local farmer’s markets do for us. These enterprises connect farmers to local communities. Best of all, you’ll never have to take a trip to the farm – unless you want to, and you’ll always be welcomed!
Thanks to farmer’s markets like the Jacksonville farmers market and the Gainesville farmers’ market, all the fresh, organic, and sustainable meats, dairy, herbs, fruits and vegetables come right to your neighborhood. They’re just around the corner from you!
